Terms of Service

By signing up for or using Collabo.ink (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. The Service is provided by Colabo Labs LLC, a Wyoming, USAlimited liability company that operates Collabo.ink (“we”, “us”), to you (“Artist” or “Client” depending on role).

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to take bookings in your jurisdiction. Artists are responsible for complying with all local licensing, health, and tax laws related to providing tattoo services.

We offer two tiers — Core and Pro — per our pricing page. Core is free forever. Pro is not sold; it is earned by referring another artist who signs up, and once unlocked it remains free for the life of the account. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Client deposits route through Stripe Connect Express directly to the Artist’s connected Stripe account. Collabo.ink does not hold or transfer client funds. Collabo.ink collects a flat platform fee of 9.90 in the Artist’s currency (e.g. $9.90, €9.90) on each deposit transaction, in addition to Stripe’s standard processing fees. Deposits must be at least 15 in the Artist’s currency (e.g. $15, €15). Bookings made through the Service must be paid through the Service’s checkout: deliberately routing a booking’s deposit or payment around it (for example, asking a client to pay by Venmo, Zelle, cash, or bank transfer instead of the payment link) to avoid the platform fee violates these Terms and may lead to suspension.

Artists own the content they publish on their mini-site (portfolio, services, descriptions). You grant Collabo.ink a non-exclusive license to display that content as required to operate the Service. Don’t post anything illegal, hateful, infringing, or that violates third-party rights.

Intake forms, reference images, and CRM entries are visible to the Artist they were submitted to. Collabo.ink processes this data on the Artist’s behalf under our Privacy Policy.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — on the booking form, or by verifying your number in account settings — you consent to receive transactional text messages from Collabo.ink about your bookings and account, such as verification codes, booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations. We don’t send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, bookings, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collabo.ink’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from settings.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be announced via email.
